Ride Vision, the market leader in Collision Avoidance Systems for Motorcycles, has an immediate opening for a B2B Sales Manager in the EU.
Founded in 2018, Ride Vision is an industry-leading Collision Avoidance Technology that is designed to fit any kind of two-wheeler and any rider behavior.
Ride Vision is looking for an ambitious, energetic, and competent Regional Sales Manager to establish and develop its presence in the EU Region. The Sales Manager will be dedicated to creating and executing an effective sales strategy and establishing a reputable local brand.
An ideal candidate should have intimate knowledge, familiarity, and network inside the Automotive and Motorcycle markets. The candidate must show technical competencies within selling technological solutions to this industry.
Full-time remote position in DE, UK or IT
This position reports to VP of Sales
Roles & Responsibilities:
-To achieve & exceed EU sales targets
-Identify new sales opportunities and develop/manage distributors and retailers to deliver incremental business
-Ensure that Ride Vision is represented in a positive and professional manner at all times
-Developing, implementing, and driving the coordination of distributor specific plans & promotions focused on profitable sales through growth throughout their portfolio
-Strong sales outperformance
-Ensure accurate forecasting in line with individual and company goals
-Interpret market and sell-out data into business opportunities
-4-6 years of experience in EU sales, preferably in motorcycle accessories.
-Track Record and proven experience in growing sales and meeting sales targets
-A clear understanding of channel partner business models, channel programs, pricing models, channel marketing, and a proven track record of recruiting new channel partners
-Strategic and analytical thinking, hands-on mentality, and the ability to see the big picture and set the right priorities
-Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills, and ability to interface and influence at the most senior levels
-A positive and dynamic leader
-Team player with good interpersonal & collaborative skills
– Frequent travel within EU is required
-Proficiency in spoken and written in at least two out of three: English, German, Italian, Spanish, French.
-B.A. in Business Studies, communication or economics – an advantage
-Advantage: Worked in a multinational organization
