App Subscription Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy (“Cancellation Policy”) establishes the subscription cancellation rights of users of Ride Vision Ltd.’s (“Ride Vision”, “we”, “us”, “our”) mobile software application for tracking ride safety and statistics (“App”), that accompanies the Ride Vision video camera equipment that you have purchased from Ride Vision or an authorize distributor of Ride Vision (“Equipment”).

This Cancellation Policy is subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

In addition to this Cancellation Policy, your use of the App is subject to our End User License Agreement, available in the App (“EULA”). This Cancellation Policy forms part of the EULA.

  2. HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
    Your Subscription cancellation notice (“Cancellation Notice”) should include the following information: Email, Unit ID and your registration ID if you use a third party account to register on the App (e.g., Google of Facebook). Ride Vision may request additional details in connection with the cancelation of your Subscription. Your cancellation your Subscription cancellation will become effective 3 business days after we have received your Cancellation Notice
  3. WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
    Ride Vision offers a discount on the price of the Equipment to customers that purchase an extended Subscription for 18 months (“Extended Subscription Discount”).

• If you purchased the Equipment from Ride Vision and/or an authorized distributor of Ride Vision without the Extended Subscription Discount, then:
You will be refunded any fees paid in advance by you for your Subscription on a prorated basis.

• If you purchased the Equipment from Ride Vision and/or an authorized distributor of Ride Vision with the Extended Subscription Discount, then:

If you provide a Cancellation Notice within 18 months from purchasing the Subscription, you will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of the Extended Subscription Discount.

You are solely responsible for requesting the Extended Subscription Discount, and making sure that it is indicated in your Equipment purchase receipt.
The foregoing cancellation and refund provisions apply only to fees paid for the Subscription. To the extent permitted under applicable law, fees paid for the Equipment are non-refundable.
